We accept returns of new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery by registered airmail for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error made by us, such as wrong item, defective item or quantity error. If you return an item that is not the result of our error, then the original shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.
